If something is wrong, it is our problem

Every tool is checked before packing, but a mistake that gets through should never cost you a customer. Report a defect with the SKU and photos and we replace or credit it — no argument about the freight.

Questions buyers ask first

What is the minimum order quantity?

A single piece for stock models — order one kit, test it, then scale. Own-brand packaging and printed manuals start at 500 pieces per model.

How fast do you ship?

Stock orders leave within a few working days; samples go by air (3–7 days door-to-door depending on destination). Bulk production is typically 20–30 days after artwork approval, then sea or air freight.

Can I buy with my own branding?

Yes. Send your logo file and target models — we return a mock-up with your quote. Branding appears on the tool, the case and the packaging, with manuals in your language.

Do you supply spare parts?

Adapters, hoses, seals and couplers for the MH-series tools are available as separate line items. Tell us the SKU and we will quote the spares list.

Which shipping terms do you use?

FOB China is standard; DDP door-to-door is available for sample and small wholesale orders. You can nominate your own forwarder.

Are certificates and test records available?

Yes — ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certificates, plus packing and inspection records for your order, can be sent before or with shipment.
