Commercial questions first.
Stock models can be bought in small quantities through our online shop. For wholesale shipments and own-brand packaging, own-brand runs start from 500 pieces per model; wholesale orders of stock models are quoted per carton.
Within one business day, Monday to Saturday, GMT+8. Messages that arrive outside office hours are answered the next working morning.
No — tools and packaging are quoted per order because price depends on quantity, kit configuration and destination. Send your model list and we return pricing, MOQ and lead time.
Terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Ask us for the options that work for your market.
Yes. Samples ship by express so you can inspect the tool and the case before ordering a container.
Yes — logo on the tool, the case, the carton and the manual, in your own packaging, from 500 pieces per model.
Shipping, documents & after-sales
What arrives, when, and with which paperwork.
We export to 30+ markets across five regions. Sea freight (FCL or LCL), air freight and courier are all possible, on our forwarder or the one you already use.
Invoice, packing list, carton marks and the certificates you need, prepared so your customs broker can clear the container without chasing us.
Every kit is inspected before it is packed. If a tool arrives faulty, send the order number and a photo and we replace it. Seals, adapters, hoses, couplers and replacement cases stay available after the order.
We work to an ISO 9001 quality system with IATF 16949 alignment and can send certificates plus the inspection records for your order.
Yes — visits and audits are welcome by appointment. We arrange the invitation letter for your visa application.
English and Chinese. Manuals and packaging text can be produced in your own language as part of an own-brand order.
