1. Terms of sale

Quotations are issued in USD ex-works Zhuji, Zhejiang, and stay valid for 30 days unless the quotation states a different validity. Prices for container and LCL quantities are quoted per order, based on SKUs, quantities and packing.

Payment terms for a first order are confirmed in writing before production; repeat customers work on terms agreed between the two purchasing departments. Incoterms 2020 apply: EXW, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, and CIF where we arrange the freight.

Title passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Risk in the goods passes as defined by that same Incoterm, and every shipment leaves with an invoice, a packing list and the transport document.

2. Packaging guidelines

Every kit ships in its own colour-printed or plain carton; kits for the same SKU are packed in master cartons with SKU, quantity and lot number labels.

Pallets are loaded on the 1.2 x 1.0 m or 1.2 x 0.8 m footprint unless your warehouse requires another size. Pallets destined for export are heat-treated and ISPM 15 marked.

Own-brand programmes follow the artwork you approve on a sample unit: logo, colour, artwork, manual and packaging text are fixed in writing before the run starts.

3. Conditions of purchase

Materials and components we buy are checked on arrival against the drawing and the purchase order. A supplier that fails a check receives the report and a corrected order.

We work with long-standing suppliers for brass bodies, hoses and cases, and we keep the drawing and lot records for every production run so a component can be traced back through the range.

Suppliers are expected to follow the same substance rules we pass on to customers: RoHS and REACH declarations for materials that touch coolant, refrigerant or skin.

4. Returns & warranty

Tools are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the invoice date. Consumable parts — seals, O-rings, hoses and gauges — are excluded, and spare parts for every SKU are available from stock.

A claim needs the SKU, the lot number from the carton label, photos of the fault and the quantity affected. We answer within one business day and, when the claim is confirmed, ship replacements with your next order or as a dedicated shipment.

Damaged packing must be noted on the delivery document at hand-over; if that is not possible, send photographs of the carton and the pallet within seven days of arrival so the carrier claim can be raised.

5. Disclaimer

The technical data in this website and in our catalogues describes the standard version of each product. Vehicle and system manufacturers change their connection sizes and thread types; confirm the model and the connection on your vehicle before ordering, or send us the details and we will tell you which adapter fits.

Product photography is for illustration; case contents, colours and accessories correspond to the SKU description. We update data as the range develops and will send the current drawing or dimension report for any item you intend to specify.

6. Code of conduct for business partners

We expect our suppliers, agents and distributors to respect the law of the countries they work in, to refuse child or forced labour, to pay the wages they owe, and to keep their workplaces safe. The same expectation applies to us.

Bribes, in cash or in kind, have no place in our business. Conflicts of interest have to be declared, drawings and prices exchanged with partners are treated as confidential, and health, safety and environmental requirements are treated as part of the job — not as paperwork.
