Cooling system leak testing
Coolant loss with no puddle on the floor is the most expensive kind of leak. Pressure and vacuum testing find it while the car is still on the lift.
Find the leak before you refill
Head gasket, heater matrix, water pump seal, a pinhole in a hose — they all present the same way to the customer: the level drops and there is nothing on the floor.
With the system under vacuum or pressure, the leak reveals itself: a vacuum that will not hold, a gauge that creeps, dye that shows the trace. You diagnose before you sell a repair, and the comeback does not happen.
